Financial Options for Massage School

FINANCIAL OPTIONS FOR MASSAGE THERAPY PROGRAMS:

Tuition Costs: vary from state to state, please contact ASIS for cost and start dates. A $500.00 non­refundable deposit is due within two weeks of acceptance into the program. This deposit confirms your place in the program and is credited towards tuition. For all programs of study, tuition must be paid in full one week prior to the first day of class unless a payment plan has been approved by the administration.

Exam Fees & State Licensure are not included in the tuition.

In addition, criminal background investigations are mandatory for candidates
for licensure by AZ state board for Massage Therapy, and many other state
boards. Contact the state in which you plan to work for more details.  In
AZ, contact the Massage Therapy Board at www.massageboard.az.gov/ or call
602-542-8604 for more details.  Felony convictions may limit job
opportunities in the field of massage therapy.

Tables for in­class use will be supplied. Although not required, students should consider allocating an additional $400 to $600 for the purchase of a massage table. Lodging, meals, and personal expenses are not included in the cost of the tuition, nor are the cost of extra oils, sheets, towels, and pillows used in class.

Financial support: Students may apply for Universal Group Career training Loans, or if registering through a college, talk to the college financial aid advisor.  NOTE: UGA loans are for Arizona students only.

 ASIS is approved through Mountain America Credit Union Line of Credit.  This Low interest loan cab be applied for on line.

Credit card Payments: ASIS accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover for payment.

College Programs: If registering through a college, please contact that college’s financial aid department.
