September 20 & 21, Return to Balance: the Multi-Level Series, Levels 1 & 2
with Hugh Gilbert, PT
This dynamic two-day workshop transforms the current approach to
rehabilitation. Level 1 offers a combination of assessment skills,
joint mobilizations, soft tissue stretches and muscle energy techniques
to give a consistent protocol for every patient. Level 2 offers a means
of identifying and correcting perceived postural restrictions and
restoring ranges of motion throughout the human body within a matter of
minutes.
Recognizing the inseparability of mind, body and spirit, the
transformational physical shifts throughout the body provides a dynamic
opportunity of balancing the body’s energy centers –
releasing blocks and restoring true balance on both the physical and
energetic levels.
Return to Balance is a series of blended workshops crafted to logically
and sequentially return each of us and those we care for to Physical,
Emotional, Energetic, and Spiritual Balance.
